The "Moderne Galerie" of the Saarlandmuseum presents the exhibition „WELT―BÜHNE―TRAUM - Die „Brücke“ im Atelier“ with outstanding works of the German Expressionists.
With around 100 works by the artists Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Erich Heckel, Max Pechstein and Karl Schmidt-Rottluff: The exhibition of paintings and graphic works focuses on one of the main and key works of German Expressionism: Ernst Ludwig Kirchner's monumental studio scene Bathers in the Room (1909/after 1926), which is owned by the Modern Gallery.
We were also pleased to support the exhibition with our outstanding works by the German Espressionists Ernst Ludwig Kirchner and Erich Heckel.
