Dr. Oscar Pinner, Frankfurt am Main; Anna Pinner (widow of Dr. Oscar Pinner, who died in 1928), left behind as removal goods in Frankfurt am Main when forced to emigrate to London in 1938; art dealer Wilhelm Ettle, Frankfurt am Main (came into his possession unlawfully after 1938, from Anna Pinner's removal goods); Wiesbaden Collecting Point, between 1945 and 1952, returned to Wilhelm Ettle in 1953; Private Collection USA (?); Private Collection Spain (?); Kunsthaus Bühler, Stuttgart (1983 at the latest); Private collection Germany (since 1995); In 2013, the previous owner and the members of the Pinner community of heirs concluded an amicable agreement in the form of a settlement to avoid legal disputes and finally resolve restitution concerns, taking into account the historical circumstances and in compliance with the principles of the Washington Declaration
